I help clients develop and implement post-issuance policy and procedures to help ensure compliance with Continuing Disclosure requirements.  My focus is on replacing periodic processes that depend on outside assistance with annual reviews that can be completed by in-house personnel.

For clients with Continuing Disclosure procedures in place, I can perform annual reviews to help ensure compliance with these Continuing Disclosure requirements.
